I generally like the cutting you've done on Zach's scenes. It's an early cut so there's the obvious places where you can tighten the cuts and where you can insert some coverage shots so I won't go into that. I look forward to seeing more in later deliverables though.
I don't know the full story with the problems that you had with getting the video on Vimeo, but I think it's something you need to address quickly. I hope you've already addressed it and that if you had the chance to upload today we'd see clear, correct aspect ratio, and better compressed scenes. Never forget that a big part of being an editor is being an expert with the technology you work with. As a DP I have to keep up and be proficient with the cameras that I use. I have to know the power and wattage of the lamps I light with. Do some research and become familiar with the file formats you're importing from camera, the compression codecs you'll use when you export, especially the ones that will work best on Vimeo for this semester. There's a lot of great tutorials out there for using the right settings. I'll try to find some of the better ones I've used and post links.
